Asymmetrical Cape w/Hood
Throw this hooded cape over pretty much anything you're wearing, any season. It's has a big hood, two-way front zipper, pockets that can be accessed from the inside or outside & the slits where the pockets are , are also an opening for your hands to come out. All the different fabrics are also water resistant.
